2. Payments
Full or partial payment is required to confirm bookings.
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Apex Path and its trainers are not liable for injuries sustained during training caused by undisclosed medical conditions, unsafe environments, or client negligence.
By booking, clients acknowledge that all physical activity involves some risk.
5. Package Validity
All packages have an expiration period (e.g., 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months).
Unused sessions after expiry will not be refunded or carried over.
6. Code of Conduct
Trainers and clients must maintain a respectful, professional environment.
Trainers reserve the right to end a session if unsafe or inappropriate behavior occurs.

Clients are responsible for providing a safe workout environment at home (sufficient space, ventilation, and safety conditions).
Trainers will bring small equipment if included in the package but clients may need to provide basic workout mats/weights.
Privacy Policy
Personal data (name, contact info, health background) is kept confidential and used only for service delivery.
We do not share personal information with third parties without consent.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not issued once a package has started, except in cases of:
Verified medical condition preventing continuation.
Service unavailability due to trainer absence (no replacement offered).
Trainer Policy
Apex Path reserves the right to assign or replace trainers as needed.
If a client prefers a specific trainer, this must be arranged in advance (subject to availability).
